Step 1: Initial Consultation
(1.5 hours)

Our personal training journey starts with a full movement and lifestyle assessment. We’ll review your goals, training history, and any past or current injuries.

Your consult includes:

Gait analysis (walking/running) via treadmill video

Myofascial release techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore muscle fascia health

Targeted corrective exercise and posture alignment

You’ll leave with a personalised plan for your workout routine, whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehab, or improved functional fitness.
Step 2: One-on-One Sessions
(1 hour)

After your consult, we move into customised one-on-one personal training sessions. These build on your corrective work, focusing on the three pillars of posture:
