Hi, I’m Steve Zekic

Personal Trainer, Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist Level 1, and long-time movement enthusiast.

​With over 17 years in the fitness industry, I’ve done it all—CrossFit, kettlebells, coaching teams, even running my own gym. But I kept seeing the same thing: people weren’t getting lasting results. That all changed when I discovered Functional Patterns.

​

Today, I work with clients in Penrith and online, i also work for Functional Patterns Brisbane online—helping them build stronger, pain-free bodies using the FP methodology. This is more than training. It's a complete rethink of how you move through life.

Identify Imbalances

Most chronic pain comes from imbalance. Tight muscles, stiff joints, and poor posture are signs that your body isn’t moving the way it’s designed to. Through biomechanics assessment, we pinpoint what’s holding you back.

Release with MFR

Next, we use targeted myofascial release to restore hydration and elasticity to your tissues. This reduces stiffness and primes your muscles to move the way they should.
